everything was perfect at this trendy boutique hotel. the room was compact and functional, with a balcony, i loved it. the location was great and incredible, relatively close to massimo theater.

i would book again, it's perfect for trip. hotel's breakfast is substantial and rich with yoghourts and nine different local cakes prepared in-house as well as good coffee and local ingredients. this is an excellent and unbeatable...

The location is incredible and stunning, just a short stroll away from a cathedral church. the area is shopping not far from Piazza Pretoria, Palazzo Dei Normanni, and the Palermo cathedral, major attractions, markets, and restaurants in Palermo.

This hotel was an incredible base for exploring Palermo. Loved the property's genuinely friendly staff who have put their personal touch on every detail. - the staff treats guests in the same manner. - the location was favorable, not too far away from Teatro Massimo.

The hotel is in a great location with plenty of foot traffic, making it safe and comfortable for solo female travelers. the rooms are tastefully designed, modern, and spotlessly clean. the bathrooms are immaculate and the complimentary minibar is a nice touch. the highlight of the stay is the delicious breakfast, especially the homemade cakes baked by Antonella, which are a must-try. the staff, including the owners Paolo and Antonella, are friendly, caring, and provide valuable tips and genuine interaction. the hotel goes the extra mile by providing earplugs for a peaceful night's sleep in the bustling city.

Felt completely at ease and secure during the stay. the staff was always willing to help and nothing seemed to be too much trouble.

Staff friendly, helpful. Rooms like apartments, big lounge, comfy bedroom, well-appointed bathroom. Lovely fresh breakfast, no hot food, good quality and selection. Aircon in bedroom, works well. Best hotel in Palermo, strongly recommend.

alma hotel was a delightful surprise! their spotless rooms, delicious breakfast with homemade cakes, and friendly staff exceeded my expectations. their recommendations for dinners and shops were excellent. wi-fi was good and the free soft drinks were a nice touch. overall, a fantastic stay!

One small mishap with the cleaning.

The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed, and the bathroom was also quite large, all in a lovely building in the center of town just a short walk from Teatro Massimo.

The hotel is a true gem with excellent staff who make you feel right at home. The attention to detail is impressive, from the cozy rooms with beautiful Black & White photos above the beds to the balcony with a stunning view. One of the highlights is definitely the breakfast, with a variety of options including Antonella's famous homemade cakes. And I can't forget to mention the barista-made coffee, which was absolutely delicious.

All was perfect, couldn't ask for more.
